Thermal Tempering, 7H Hardness
Ultra-Flat
We use high-quality float glass that undergoes thermal tempering at nearly 700°C, achieving a Mohs hardness of 7H, making it stronger than a supercar windshield.
That means outstanding everyday durability, with improved resistance to scratches even after long-term use.
Using a custom precision mold, the glass is carefully pressed and flattened to create an an ultra-flat 490×420mm surface.
The result: smooth, consistent cursor movement across the entire mousepad, right up to the edges and corners.
Large Surface Area with 4mm Thickness
Shaped with a custom mold, the glass itself is just 3mm thick, and with anti-skid feet, the total thickness remains under 4mm, which is thinner and flatter than an iPad Pro, yet rigid and unyielding.
Its expansive 490×420mm dimensions provide ample space for sweeping movements, ensuring pixel-perfect precision even in the most intense gaming arenas.
Rounded Edges with Mirror Polish
The edges of AM SilkGlass are carefully rounded and polished for effortless handling and transport.
Additionally, all curved edges undergo a meticulous mirror-polishing process. Despite its high difficulty, this technique creates a unique finish that makes the CP-1919 engraving stand out even more.
