Refund & Return
1. If your order arrives damaged/faulty in any way, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
2. We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, only if the item is unused and in its original condition. To initiate this request, please contact us so that we can facilitate the return.
3. We are unable to accommodate returns/refunds for discounted & customized items.
4. If a refund request is approved, the total refund amount will not include postage, import duties, tax, etc. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees for non-quality related returns.
5. A restocking fee of 30% will be applied to cover the costs of processing and handling the returned item(s). An additional $50 repackaging fee per item will be charged for returned items without its original packaging.
6. We reserve the right not to refund a product that, in our reasonable opinion, has become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, or misuse.
7. Refunds will commence within 7 business days after returned items have been sent back to our warehouse and inspected. Where possible, funds will be processed back in the same way they were paid to DRY STUDIO.
8. If you decide to change or cancel your order, please contact us any time before shipment is made. Terms in this policy will apply for any changes or cancellations after shipment.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
